In-Home Organization

Hours of Operation:  Sun to Fri: 10 am to 8 pm, Sat: 10 am to 4 pm, most holidays included.

One day session (3-5 Hours):     $50 /hour   

Save with All-Inclusive Packages:

       12 hours:            $540 (10% discount)                        

       24 hours:         $1,020 (15% discount)    

       36 hours:         $1,440 (20% discount)  

Packages include the time spent at your home plus: 

  • time researching solutions for your space;
  • product suggestions for you to choose from;
  • donation drop-offs (1 load per day);
  • telephone calls and e-mails;
  • coordination with service providers, if necessary;
  • light cleaning of the organized spaces.

** Please Note:  Locations farther than 20 km from Dollard-des-Ormeaux will be subject to small travel fees.

I will come prepared with a mask, gloves and hand sanitizer to protect you.  Please wear a mask to protect me.


 

 
Virtual/DIY Organization and Staging Options

A Virtual/Do It Yourself option may work great for you if you have the motivation to do the work, you just need a plan tailored to your home, ideas and product suggestions, and someone to guide and support you as you do the work.

How it works and what it includes:

  • We have an initial, complementary, 30-minute video session to assess your needs.
  • You take photos (and possibly measurements) of the space and e-mail them to me for reference.
  • I write you a customized, step-by-step Plan.
  • I offer video collaboration while you organize or stage, to guide and support you. Options are 20, 40, or 60-minute segments. $50 /hour.
  • We can also communicate by telephone and e-mail if we have questions during the process, within reason.

Home Organization Plan

A customized, step-by-step Plan on how to organize your room: starting at $125 /room  

Includes information on:

  • decluttering, sorting and organizing;
  • layout optimization (for movable items);
  • product suggestions for you to choose from;
  • how to keep it organized and clean;
  • donation drop-off locations in your area.

Home Staging Plan

Use your own furniture and accessories to stage it yourself with custom recommendations on how to make it as appealing as possible to potential buyers.

A customized, step-by-step Plan on how to improve the salability of your home:  starting at: $200 /apartment style   |   $300 /house

Recommendations in the report include advice on:

  • decluttering;
  • rearranging furniture;
  • depersonalizing the space;
  • updating paint and flooring;
  • outdoor areas;
  • fabric choices (curtains, bedding, etc.);
  • product and service suggestions.
